As one of the largest Swiss consulting firms for information technology, the Eraneos Group offers its more than 200 employees exciting projects, outstanding development opportunities and a unique working environment.

Almost 100 % of the consultants are university graduates, 53 % of them from ETH Zurich. 35 % have a doctorate and 25 % have additional training in business administration. Such a concentration of highly qualified, talented employees can only be found in a few Swiss companies!

Around 30% of consultants joined Eraneos immediately after completing their studies. This is not surprising since Eraneos offers university graduates an ideal entry into the professional world. This year alone, Eraneos has already hired 10 ETH graduates.

As part of the "Great Place to Work®" study, Eraneos was named one of Switzerland's best employers in 2016. Among other things, 97% of employees agreed with the statement that they have a very good job at Eraneos.
