Project reports - Getting out of the status trap
Project reports are an essential means of communication between project management and the project environment (line management, steering committees, stakeholders). One of the most important information contained in the reports is future project development. The project trend, however, is neglected in many organizations and companies; instead, the focus is on the project past and the current project status. In this Eraneos KNOWLEDGE we show which instruments can be used to derive and visualise the project trend.
In order to interpolate from the past into the future, the people who send and receive information must understand the instruments used and have sufficient experience. The focus of project communication should be to present the project status and future project trends as objectively as possible.
All employees of the Eraneos Group's Project Management competence area have many years of practical experience in managing projects and programmes. We are happy to share our wealth of experience with you and help you sharpen your perspective on the future of your projects.
