Project Management Simulation "Swiss Island®"
In 2017 Eraneos extends its external training offer in the field of project management by the project management simulation "Swiss Island®" and expands the internal course system at the same time.
What is "Swiss Island®"?
"Swiss Island®" is a turn-based strategy game for two to five teams in which the implementation of a project is simulated from the perspective of the sponsor, project manager and subcontractor. The common goal is to lead a given project to success with the available means.
What makes "Swiss Island®" special?
The simulation focuses specifically on the practical application of best practice methods in the management of projects and thus stands out significantly from conventional simulations. Depending on the number of participants, the teams are accompanied by one to two coaches, who promote the application of basic knowledge and the practical exchange of experience.
Who is "Swiss Island®" for?
The simulation is aimed at project managers and managers who have good basic knowledge and specific experience. The participants act or interact according to the roles, objectives and events in the project. Within a protected framework, they gain realistic experience in the practical application of project management methods and competencies.
How to participate in "Swiss Island®"?
Eraneos offers specific one-day implementations of "Swiss Island®" for its clients. In addition, individuals can participate in public simulations in cooperation with the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences.
