The retail trade is constantly changing. While e-commerce dominated the market just a few years ago, today it is a question of merging the real world with the digital world.

They can shop anywhere and at any time, make spontaneous decisions and constantly move in both worlds. At the same time, the strong franc is increasing price pressure on Swiss retailers, and new competitors with disruptive business models are strengthening. How will the classic Swiss retailer with roots in the stationary retail trade develop further and which IT architecture is the right one for him?
