As part of an independent, international study, Eraneos Group surveyed companies in every sector of the economy regarding
the extent to which they already use data analytics (DA) and artificial intelligence (AI), and what the main value added is for them.
What has prevented companies from successfully generating value from data?
In an international data analytics study conducted by the Eraneos Group regarding the success factors and stumbling blocks for the consistent transformation of data into value, all of the (mostly Swiss) companies surveyed recognized the strategic importance of data. A large minority have already been able to use analytics to develop new business models. But almost a third of projects that are started end up being abandoned. The study investigates why this is, and identifies corresponding potential for improvement.
