Can Generation Y children be good advisors?
An article by Oliver Vaterlaus in the "Wirtschaftsmagazin
Work must make sense, be fun and offer enough freedom as well as the opportunity for self-realization. In addition, there should be enough time for family and leisure. Generation Y, i.e. those born between 1980 and 2000, has a clear idea of life in which status and prestige play a subordinate role. But are their values compatible with counselling? Or does this generation, which always questions everything, demand too much in today's professional world?
In his article in the Jahrbuch 2015/2016 of the "Wirtschaftsmagazin", Oliver Vaterlaus shows why Generation Y children are particularly well suited as consultants and how professional success and a healthy work-life balance can be combined at the Eraneos Group.
