AMIV Contact 2019

With around 3,000 members, the Academic Mechanical and Electrical Engineers Association (AMIV) is the largest and most active professional association at ETH Zurich. For the 19th time, AMIV and OBIS, the association of MTEC students, organized the AMIV Contact at ETH Zurich on October 15 and 16, 2019. The proceeds from the annual job fair will go directly to students and doctoral candidates. This year, around 59 companies were again represented, including Eraneos, of course.

In addition to participating in the job fair on 16 October 2019, Eraneos was represented along with Bain & Company, hpo and KPMG at the panel discussion on "What is Consulting about?" on 11 October 2019, which was part of the supporting programme. Michele Mazzariello, Consultant at Eraneos, answered all questions. The aim of the discussion was to give the students an insight into the world of consulting.

The fair is aimed at the MAVT, ITET and MTEC degree programmes at ETH Zurich and enables students to establish initial contact with companies from the relevant disciplines. The focus of the fair is on personal discussion, mutual exchange and job placement. Students are given an overview of the various professions and the career opportunities and prospects after graduation. Johannes Suter and Phillip Wohlhüter gave inquisitive students a first insight into the various possibilities and perspectives after their studies. Eraneos met a suitable target audience, as the company recruits several graduates from the above-mentioned courses every year.
