Smart Society

While digitization projects in past years were primarily concerned with digitizing processes, constantly improving the customer experience and ultimately generating new business models, "smart" solutions are now to be provided for our society.

But an intelligent society is not only based on (digital) technologies. In addition to the necessary financial resources, political will and cross-silo thinking and action are essential. Thus "smart" solutions only emerge when the data and processes of the individual silos are linked with the goal of creating added value for society through high-quality information.
