Our experienced team of consultants consists almost exclusively of electrical engineers, computer scientists and physicists. More than half of our consultants have also had additional training in business management, or hold a doctorate.

More than 90% of the AWK consultants have project-management certification, and about 80% have IT Service Management certification.

Social skills are just as important as technical expertise and knowledge of methods. We only recruit staff whose personal qualities also impress us, and if we are sure that our clients will be happy to work with them.
